In Chatham, Ontario, Quo Vadis Pizzeria was assisted by the Community Futures Program through the Community Futures Development Corporation of Chatham-Kent. This support helped owners Harshana Fernando, Chandreshkemer Patel, and Pareshkumar Patel secure financing to launch a second location in Wallaceburg, Ontario.

When the chance arose to acquire vacant property in Wallaceburg, the three partners seized the opportunity without hesitation. Established in the 1970s, Quo Vadis is beloved by Chatham residents. Its menu features a variety of authentic Italian, Greek, Cypriot, and Canadian dishes crafted by skilled chefs using fresh ingredients.

“With the help from Community Futures, we were able to open our second location in Wallaceburg, and we were able to provide 30 new jobs. Thank you, Community Futures, for the support we received; we really appreciate it.”
